Basically Health Coaching involves modifying habits. Rather than just “telling” clients to eat better and exercise more (we all know how well that works?!?!), I help clients identify WHY they act in certain ways and we look at reprogramming behaviours to be more in line with their desired outcomes – so making healthier choices isn’t a chore, it’s just what they do! 

Doctors, dietitians and other practitioners often don’t have the time or the skills to help people stay motivated and follow through to get a lasting result. Information is useless if the client can’t make realistic, sustainable habit modifications. So people default to their ingrained habits, even when they know those habits make them feel like crap!

So the very first thing I’ll do in our session is ask you:

“If you could click your fingers and get what you really want in the next 90 days, what would that look like? How would you feel?”

What I do as a coach… is help get you there!

Sessions take place over the phone or in person. In our session I’ll help you discover the small changes you can make to get an amazing transformation, so you can feel better in your body, your health, and across all areas of your life.

Health Coaching is my true passion and calling, and I would love nothing more than to meet you, hear your story and provide you with the 3 essential elements to any transformation: Stretch, Support and Accountability.
