boot campsOur Newcastle Bootcamps operate in the Charlestown, Adamstown and Kahibah areas. Bootcamp is a fun, social way to increase your fitness, decrease body fat and tone your body from head to toe.

Bootcamp is run in 12 week blocks and both morning and night sessions are available. It runs rain, hail or shine as we have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities as well as toilets.

There are a wide variety of session styles including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), boxing, resistance circuits, the infamous Enduro and much more!

Sessions are designed with various levels (1-3) catering to the beginner, intermediate and advanced trainer. No matter what your fitness level – we have you covered!

– Tuesdays & Thursdays
– 6:00am – 6:45am
– Kahibah Public School Oval / Hall

ADAMSTOWN BOOTCAMP – NIGHT

– Tuesdays & Thursdays
– 6:45pm – 7:30pm
– Adamstown Public School Oval / Hall
